Following the initial consultation, you will receive an in-depth questionnaire that will help take into account how you use the space, what your priorities are, and gain a better understanding of what design style fits your lifestyle. Lilac believes taking the time to reflect on your design style will help develop the best overall understanding to execute your vision! Upon assessing a financial blueprint, Lilac will present a final proposal that best fits your budget. Following the final proposal,  the material selection process and scheduling will begin to make the home of your dreams become a reality! 

For each commitment, Lilac will establish the estimated number of hours required to complete your design and create a personalized schedule for each stage of the project. Actual times can be impacted by changes to the planning process, the arrival of materials, and the inclusion of outside contractors and construction management services.
